Dr. Gretchen McCreless is originally from Cleveland, Ohio, where she attended college and medical school at Case Western Reserve University.  Dr. McCreless completed residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where she also did research in the area of gynecologic cancer and ovarian masses.  She is Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a Fellow of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.  Dr. McCreless has a special interest in adolescent gynecology, but treats women of all ages with all varieties of gynecologic problems including hormone management, menstrual irregularities, and pelvic prolapse. She is also trained in laparoscopic, vaginal, and robotic surgery. 

She and her husband Luke attend Church of the Highlands where they are very involved in small groups and Dr. McCreless loves serving in the nursery.  In her spare time she enjoys reading and all outdoor activities. 

Dr. Frank Page combines a commitment to excellence with an energetic commitment to people, having provided heath care to women at St. Vincent’s Hospital for the past 27 years. While at St. Vincent’s Hospital, he served as Chairman of the Ob/Gyn department for 8 years and as President and Chief of Staff during St. Vincent’s centennial celebration in 1998. Dr. Page has made presentations at national scientific meetings, publishing three of his writings. Dr. Page is on the board of the Christian Medical Ministry of Alabama, Physicians for Life, and the Board of Overseers at Samford University.  As Chief Resident at the University of Mississippi, he founded the nonprofit, educational, Wiser society named after his mentor, now the namesake of the Wiser Hospital in Jackson, Mississippi. Dr. Page has organized dozens of medical projects to Bolivia, Guatemala, Ecuador, Nicaragua, and Venezuela where he helped establish a medical clinic for people with no access to care and a school in one of the poorest communities in the Western Hemisphere.  In addition to medical missions, he has worked as a roofer and as a licensed electrician for summer construction projects and edited a manual for mission teams.  He and his wife, Sylvia have three children, Elise, Cameron, and Foster, and attend Brookwood Baptist Church, where he has served as Deacon Chair.

Dr. Brenda Taylor Professional medical care, plus compassion and concern for patients…. Dr. Brenda Carter Taylor is sensitive to the changing medical needs of women. A native of Jackson, Mississippi, Dr. Taylor is committed to providing advanced medical care for women. She received her undergraduate degree from Tougaloo College in Tougaloo, Mississippi. Upon receiving her Medical Doctorate from Dartmouth Medical School in Hanover, New Hampshire, Dr. Taylor completed a one year internship and three year residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of South Alabama Medical Center in Mobile where she was Chief OB/GYN Resident.Dr. Taylor enjoys educating women and has participated in numerous health fairs. She and her children have traveled to Nicaragua using as a tool medical services, but mostly to share that “God loves them and that they are not forgotten”.  She serves her church, The Word Unlimited, as Trustee, is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc and The Links, Inc. She is a board member of Physician for Life.  Dr. Taylor has worked in Birmingham and provided services to women in the surrounding area for over 22 years and is board certified.  She is trained in laparoscopic and robotic surgery. Dr. Taylor’s husband, Robert is a native of Birmingham along with their three children, Robert Demetrius, Christopher Michael and Myrah Elizabeth. She enjoys gardening.

Dr. Charles Hudson is a native of Canton, Mississippi.  He graduated with honors from the University of Mississippi with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Pharmacy.  He was also principal trumpet in the University Wind Ensemble and the Pride of the South Marching Band.  After being a retail pharmacist for two years, he then attended the University of Mississippi School of Medicine in Jackson, Mississippi.  In 1979, the Hudson family moved to Birmingham where Dr. Hudson did an internship and residency at Caraway Methodist Medical Center. He was Chief resident in Obstetrics and Gynecology at CMMC when he completed his training in 1983. Upon completing his formal training, he immediately became board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology, and began his private practice in providing healthcare for women.  As well as his private practice, he continues with his education through continuing medical education and he also enjoys teaching.  He is a physician trainer/proctor for other physicians who wish to learn advanced laparoscopic techniques and female incontinence and reconstructive surgery for pelvic organ prolapse.  He is also a speaker on contraceptives and menopause.  Outside of medicine his primary interest is his family which includes his wife Carolyn and five children and their families.  He is a deacon at Shades Crest Baptist Church in Birmingham and along with his family, continues to perform in the church orchestra.  His other interests include golf and scuba diving.

Shereka S. Lewis, Family Nurse Practitioner  has a true love for health promotion, genuine compassion and a commitment to helping people. Shereka is a native of Tuscaloosa, AL,  where she received a B.S degree in Healthcare Management from the University of Alabama and went on to get a Masters of Business Administration.  Shereka wanted to be more hands on and practice clinically and decided to pursue a career in nursing and went on to attain a Master of Science in Nursing – Family Practice from Samford University.  Shereka has completed her preceptorship in Women’s Health at Page, Hudson & Taylor and joined the team in 2016. She  is a member of Gardendale First Baptist Church and is also a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.  Shereka is married to Antonio, who serves in the United States Army and is a native of Blakely, GA and has two children Alyse and Antonio Jr. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
